Darin Scheer is client-focused problem solver.  He assists key clients with large energy development projects, including oil and gas, wind, solar, hydrogen, power plants, and data centers.  Darin has negotiated agreements pertaining to multi-billion dollar developments and assisted in the leasing of more than two gigawatts of renewable power.  He also represents large clients in major strategic initiatives.

In addition to his involvement with numerous major energy development projects, Darin's transactional practice and strategic advice draws upon his experience gained from more than 20 years of litigating multi-million-dollar commercial disputes and natural resource-related matters in state and federal courts.

In his free time, Darin enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his kids, including skiing, hunting, fishing, and camping. He is also a private pilot and raft guide who loves to explore backcountry airstrips and rivers throughout the western United States.
